Dimensional Rescue

"Dimensional Rescue" is a 2D Pixel-art created in the OMC Clefcode Gamejam with theme being "Educational", It was developped by our team "Nada Bean"

Game Overview

In the game, the player takes therole of 3 superheroes that

travel between parallel universes to save each one from a

calamity that has overtaken it.

Dimensional looks likea 90’s retro gamein visuals, sound,

and general feel with a 16 bit pixelart.

The flow of the game changes from chapter to chapter, in the

first chapter Breast Cancer Rangers, the player can navigate

horizontally until they encounter an enemy cancer cell. After

defeating it, they acquire additional pages to the book that

will help them to pass the quiz to come after the fight.

Gameplay

(currently only chapter 1 is available)

The player has to pass a quiz to progress in the game.

Defeating enemies to acquire additional book pages

to solve the quiz.

Mechanics

Combat:

Turn based.

Players can heal, buffallies, debuffenemies,and

attack.

Enemies can heal, buff allies, debuff enemies,and

attack.

Control system

Movement with WASD or arrow keys,and

interactions with left mouse button.
